**Technical Summary Statement:** **The IT Infrastructure Engineer V is a senior\-level engineering role responsible for the design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise voice and collaboration services. The role serves as the lead Service Area Engineer (SAE) for assigned platforms, providing technical leadership across solution architecture, deployment, integration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and service recovery. This position partners business stakeholders, architects, engineering and operations teams, technical support, and vendors to develop reliable, secure, scalable, and supportable solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
