About the role Lead long\-term data center construction assignments, initially in Montgomery, Alabama, with project travel across the United States. Six positions are available. Candidates must be open to both W2 contract and full\-time employment. Compensation and employment terms $55/hour W2 plus overtime, car and phone allowances, and bonus pooling, or $120,000 annual salary. Travel expenses are covered by per diem. Schedule and work conditions This role requires 75%\-100% travel on long\-term assignments, typically returning home about once a month while a project is active. Responsibilities * Own multimillion\-dollar project budgets, workforce planning, and schedules.
