**Description of Job** ---------------------- The Hands\-On History Regional Program Manager (Northern Colorado) reports to the Hands\-On History Program Director and oversees school break camps at three to five Northern Colorado locations. Their duties include developing engaging activities, supervising seasonal camp teams, ensuring a safe environment, managing budgets, and maintaining compliance with school\-age child care licensing regulations. They also communicate with parents, coordinate with program sites, and ensure the program supports children's social and emotional growth. Hands\-On History is a collection of engaging and exciting educational programs. They provide participatory history and culture\-based offerings for students ages 6 to 12 when school is not in session.
