**Project Manager – Restaurant Construction \| Reston, VA** A long\-standing commercial GC in Reston, VA is hiring a hands\-on Project Manager to own restaurant projects across Northern Virginia and DC, from kickoff through closeout. What you'll run * 3 restaurant projects: 2 in VA and 1 in DC * 2 smaller projects for a repeat customer * 1 higher\-end downtown DC build, approximately $5M * All local, no overnight travel What you'll do * Own budget, cost tracking and financial performance * Handle subcontractor buyout and contracts * Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and long\-lead procurement * Drive the schedule with your Superintendent * Lead OAC meetings and work directly with owners, architects and engineers * Support an APM and keep repeat clients happy * Run closeout, punch lists and turnover What you bring * 5\+ years as a commercial construction PM * Ground\-up restaurant experience * True project ownership, not just PM support * Northern Virginia / DC market experience What you get * 120K–130K base plus holiday bonus * 401(k) with 4% match * PTO and paid holidays * $300/month tax\-free vehicle allowance * Generous benefits * Onsite, Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM to 3:00/4:00 PM \*...
