**Job Overview** **HVAC Field Operations Manager** Bloomington, IN (and surrounding counties) Full\-time We’re building a residential and light\-commercial HVAC company and need a field leader who can run the crews day to day. Office work — scheduling, invoicing, payroll, and customer billing — stays with our existing construction office. Your job is the trucks, the techs, the installs, and the quality of the work. **What you’ll do** * Run daily field operations: assign jobs, check in with techs, and keep the board moving * Supervise installers and service technicians on residential and light\-commercial heating and cooling work * Walk jobs, review installs and repairs, and sign off on quality before we call a job done * Handle field\-level customer questions and callbacks so problems get fixed the first time * Order and stage equipment and materials with the office so crews aren’t standing around * Train techs on company standards, safety, and manufacturer procedures * Keep vehicles, tools, and job sites in order * Report production, issues, and material needs back to the office each day **Support** Office admin.
