**Make a Difference When It Matters Most** Paul Davis Restoration is looking for a **Contents Manager** to lead our contents team and help customers recover their belongings after fire, water, smoke, and other property damage. The Contents Manager plays a key role in making sure contents projects are organized, completed accurately, and handled with care. This position combines **team leadership, customer service, project coordination, inventory management, and hands\-on contents restoration**. **What You’ll Do** * Lead, train, and manage the Contents team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally * Oversee the packing, inventory, cleaning, processing, storage, and return of customers’ personal belongings * Coordinate contents projects from initial pack\-out through final delivery and completion * Communicate with customers throughout the contents restoration process and provide excellent customer service * Maintain accurate documentation, inventories, photographs, and project records * Ensure contents are properly labeled, tracked, stored, cleaned, and returned to the correct customer * Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy * Coordinate with P...
