Job Description **Your role** ------------- As an Aftermarket Customer Service Specialist, your mission is to to ensure accurate and timely processing of parts orders while delivering exceptional support to internal teams and customers, helping drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will report to the Business Line Manager \- Aftermarket Sales \& Marketing. You will: * Verify equipment and serial data, and prepare accurate quotations using approved pricing and SAP inventory checks. * Generate accurate spare\-parts quotations by applying approved pricing matrices, confirming equipment serial numbers, and validating stock or lead\-time in SAP. * Convert accepted quotes into clean SAP sales orders and maintains complete, up\-to\-date customer and asset records. * Proactively follow up on open quotations, clarifying technical/commercial questions, suggest alternatives, and convert opportunities into bookings. **To succeed, you will need** ----------------------------- We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
