**Metropolitan ENT \& Facial Plastic Surgery – Alexandria, VA** We are seeking a **Medical Scribe / Medical Assistant** to work directly with our ENT physicians in a busy, fast\-paced specialty practice. **This is primarily a Medical Scribe position.** We are looking for someone who can **move fast, keep up with the physician, think on their feet, and accurately document patient encounters in real time.** The ideal candidate is **confident, highly organized, detail\-oriented, and proactive** — someone who naturally takes initiative, anticipates what needs to be done, and stays one step ahead. Responsibilities * Accompany the physician during patient visits and document encounters in real time * Accurately document histories, exams, diagnoses, treatment plans, procedures, and follow\-up instructions * Keep pace with the physician while moving efficiently from patient to patient * Update charts and prepare documentation for physician review * Assist with orders, referrals, prescriptions, and other documentation as directed * Help with patient flow and Medical Assistant duties as needed * Room patients, obtain vital signs, and assist with in\-office procedures when needed What We're L...
