Description: **POSITION SUMMARY** **The Marketing Manager serves as project manager, strategist, and convener for Voyageur Outward Bound marketing efforts. They support VOBS’ integrated marketing strategy to support brand awareness and presence, enrollment, fundraising, and organizational growth. Reporting to the Director of Marketing \& Development, this role is responsible for communication, creation, and execution of marketing strategy, campaign development, brand management, digital communications, and performance analytics while partnering with admissions, program partnership, development, and OBUSA, to support growth and sustainability.** This new position will: * Support development and execution of a comprehensive annual marketing strategy. * Build integrated campaigns to drive enrollment and fundraising. * Refine the organization's brand architecture and messaging. * Improve marketing analytics and reporting. * Build scalable systems for managing marketing assets.
