**SUMMARY/JOB PURPOSE** The Financial Analyst \- BD and M\&A will be responsible for the execution of financial analysis to support the executive leadership team on critical business decisions. This role will perform duties to support corporate development, business development, strategic planning, life cycle management and general corporate finance activities. **ESSENTIAL** **DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES** * Corporate and Business Development + Prepare company/asset valuation analyses on potential licensing and M\&A transactions + Build merger consequences models to evaluate potential acquisitions + Evaluate in\-licensing opportunities from a financial/business perspective + Test sensitivity of deal economics to variances in key assumptions, including synergies + Contribute to preparation and presentation of deal summaries and recommendations to senior management * Lifecyle Management and Strategic Planning + Build and update long\-range planning models and assist in preparation of BoD presentations + Perform discounted cash flow analyses to support lifecycle management of pipeline assets + Perform company\-level and project\-level valuation analysis + Perform specific value\-added ana...
