**Job Overview** We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee our warehouse, inventory, production support, and fulfillment operations to ensure materials and products move efficiently, accurately, and safely throughout the business. This role leads warehouse personnel, improves processes, maintains inventory accuracy, and collaborates across departments to support productivity, on\-time delivery, quality, and company growth **Duties** * Set operating priorities, schedules, staffing assignments, work areas, capacity plans, and accountability across Inbound, QC, Repair, Staging, Prep, Processing, and Loading. * Direct daily floor activity, monitor queue age and handoffs, and respond to missing, damaged, unsafe, delayed, or capacity\-constrained equipment. * Ensure SOPs, safety controls, training, inventory\-system practices, documentation, housekeeping, and transfer requirements are current and consistently followed. * Review inventory accuracy, QC throughput, repair aging, pull completion, turnaround, readiness, labor productivity, overtime, and first\-time job success. * Approve substitutions, vendors, expenditures, overtime, and operational ...
