**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Review project plans and proposals, and work with management to develop project objectives * Study product design, customer requirements, and performance standards to determine project specifications and present cost estimates * Review contractor bids * Through project coordination meetings and other forms of communication, oversee and coordinate the technical aspects of the project * Prepare status reports and regularly monitor schedules * Maintain an accurate record of all elements of the project via an electronic database * Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications * Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements * Read drawings and prepare take\-offs * Prepare, submit, and track RFIs and submittals * Generate and track all change orders * Track and log all drawings * Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Project Manager and other project participants to ensure project success * Inform safety managers, superintendents, and/or appropriate supervisors of any safety violations and/or injuries immediately * Establish annual continuing educa...
