**Regional Central Intake Director** **Full\-time Position \| Fully Remote** **Monday\-Friday** **$29\-$36 DOE** Turn your job into a career with Evergreen Healthcare Group! **Job Summary** The **Regional Central Intake Director** is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily intake process for skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) across designated regions. This role ensures timely response to all incoming referrals, coordinates communication between clinical teams and facility leadership, and manages the referral entry process utilizing the Green/Yellow/Red guidelines. The ideal candidate will have in\-depth knowledge of the SNF admission process, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi\-task in a fast\-paced environment. This position interfaces closely with the admission team in the facility as well as the Regional Director of Business Development.
