**Position Summary** The Business Systems \& ERP Manager is responsible for the ownership, administration, optimization, and support of the company’s ERP platform and connected business applications, with primary emphasis on manufacturing ERP processes, data, reporting, integrations, and continuous improvement. The role will ensure the ERP implementation delivers lasting operational value while providing clear internal ownership of business systems, data, security coordination, and outside technology partners. This role will also serve as the company’s primary liaison to its external IT managed\-services provider. As the company grows, this role will help ensure technology enables growth. The successful candidate will combine deep manufacturing ERP and business\-process expertise with practical experience managing third\-party technology providers.
