About Signal Harbor Security Signal Harbor Security is a growing cybersecurity company helping small and midsize organizations monitor threats, investigate suspicious activity, and respond to security incidents. Our clients rely on us when something unusual happens—a suspicious login, a potentially compromised device, or an alert they don’t understand. We’re looking for a SOC Support Specialist who can investigate common technical issues, collect the right information, and communicate clearly with customers during stressful situations. This is a fully remote position. Applicants must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S. About the Role The SOC Support Specialist works between our customers and Security Operations Center analysts. You’ll monitor the support queue, respond to questions about security alerts, troubleshoot platform issues, and escalate incidents that require deeper investigation. You don’t need to know the answer to every security question immediately.
