**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)/Reproductive Health Center Assistant (RHCA) is a fully\-trained and experienced PPSP RHCA whose primary responsibilities are in support of the PPSP Research program, including recruiting and enrolling subjects in Phase II\-IV clinical research studies and performing other study activities in accordance with good clinical practices, standard operating procedures, study protocols and contractual specifications. In this dual role as Clinical Research Coordinator and Reproductive Health Center Assistant, the CRC/RHCA is deployed where the need is greatest – that is, full\-time in Research when enrollment needs require, and part\-time or full\-time as a Floater CA when Research activities are on hiatus. With the support of the Clinical Research Operations Manager and the Director of Patient Services, the CRC/RHCA is responsible for staying current in all of the knowledge areas essential to the dual position.
