The Director of Marketing is responsible for leading IWP's marketing strategy to drive business growth, strengthen referral source relationships, and support the organization's sales and patient engagement objectives. As a strategic partner to Sales leadership, this role develops and executes integrated marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, support business development efforts, enhance customer retention, and contribute to revenue growth. The Director of Marketing oversees all aspects of the marketing function, including sales enablement, brand strategy, digital marketing, content development, campaigns, events, customer engagement, and market intelligence.
