Responsibilities: Primary point of contact for both new hire orientation and student programming within the health system. This position leads New Employee Orientation, ensuring a welcoming and comprehensive onboarding experience for all incoming staff. The Coordinator also oversees all aspects of the student program—including onboarding and orienting students, creating and managing clinical rotation slots across nursing floors and other disciplines, and serving as the primary liaison between academic partners and the health system.
