The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for day\-to\-day coordination of shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency across the supply chain. The ideal candidate is driven to learn, thrives in a fast\-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to a culture of operational excellence. **Primary Duties and Responsibilities:** **Shipping \& Receiving Operations** * Set up, pull, and stage all outbound shipments in alignment with daily shipping schedules. * Receive, check, and verify all incoming materials for accuracy, quality, and proper documentation. * Ensure product is properly secured and safe for transport, including banding, strapping, and pallet configuration. * Perform piece/weight conversions and relabel products to meet internal and customer specifications. **Inventory Control \& Documentation** * Investigate and report any inventory discrepancies; assist in root cause analysis and resolution. * Perform and document routine cycle counts, making inventory adjustments as needed. * Organize and maintain warehouse space, including partial rack areas. **Team Leadership \& Support** * Provide daily direction to Jeep Drivers, ensuring accura...
