Plantain Products Company \- Chifles, the number one plantain chip brand in the U.S. by dollar sales, is hiring a Logistics and Procurement Coordinator in Miami\-Dade. You will own daily freight quoting and booking, shipment coordination, purchase orders for packaging, racks and displays, and fleet compliance scheduling. Execution done well and done reliably, reporting to the Director of Operations and Logistics. This role keeps product moving and orders flowing every day. This is an individual contributor role; it does not manage people. **Full\-time, on\-site.** Pay is $60,000 to $75,000 per year. Benefits include health insurance, a 401(k) match and paid time off. **First 90 days** * Take over daily logistics and purchasing through a 90\-day handover, working beside the people who run it today. * Run the freight quoting cycle and the weekly delivery schedule without supervision. * Keep the carrier and supplier scorecard current. **How we evaluate** A conversation, then a practical exercise based on real logistics and purchasing work.
