They have an understanding of CereCore operational processes, business relationships, procedures and workflows. Key responsibilities include: review, analyze, and evaluate user needs in relation to the service management systems. Under the direction of the Senior Developer the role is responsible for developing and maintaining the CereCore Service Now systems, utilizing efficient development methods that meet client needs, assuring operational correct functions and workflows.
