**Controller – Job Description** **Position Title:** Controller (TMRW, TMRW UK \& HoldCo Entities) **Location:** Remote **Job Status:** Exempt, full\-time **Reports to:** SVP, Global Controller **Date Prepared:** 9/24/26 For over 35 years, Reprotech has been the expert in long\-term reproductive cryostorage. We are a trusted cryostorage network that provides extended storage services to both IVF centers and oncology professionals. Following the acquisitions of TMRW Life Sciences and Matcher Technologies, Reprotech operates across the United States and the United Kingdom, maintaining a substantial presence of strategically located facilities serving our valued patients and the network of esteemed reproductive laboratories with which we collaborate closely. **Position Summary** The Controller leads day\-to\-day accounting for Reprotech’s acquired and holding entities – TMRW Life Sciences LLC (“TMRW US”), TMRW Life Sciences UK entity (“TMRW UK”), and the US and UK holding company entities (the “HoldCo entities”) – through a period of transformative growth, cross\-border integration, and rising expectations for speed, accuracy, and financial discipline.
