**Worker Type** Regular **Job Description** **Summary** AV is seeking a Security Manager/Facility Security Officer to work in a dynamic high tempo environment while managing a medium sized security team delivering a Mission First approach while implementing the National Industrial Security Programs (NISP). This position will manage, administer, and coordinate industrial security programs and other security activities to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. Manage a small team of Facility Security Officers across the enterprise, assuring the security of people, facilities, programs, and operations in a highly dynamic, diverse, and geographically dispersed set of National Security efforts. The successful candidate will provide support at two (2\) local sites; leadership to Program and Industrial Security Operations; work along side the Sr Manager and Director on the development and execution of security for programs, contracts and operations ranging from unclassified, CUI, Collateral programs. **Position Responsibilities** * Provide guidance, and professional development for security professionals.
