**Registered Nurse (RN) – Department** Kenosha, WI, United States **Where You Will Work:** Our Level II Labor \& Delivery/Postpartum unit provides care for patients delivering at 32 weeks gestation and above, with protocols in place to stabilize and transfer those under 32 weeks to a Level III facility. The unit includes 9 labor rooms, 12 postpartum rooms (shared with med\-surg patients, though OB nurses care only for OB patients), 3 triage bays, and 2 dedicated OB operating rooms. We average 100 deliveries per month, totaling 1,183 last year. The team consists of 6 in\-house OB/GYNs, anesthesia on\-call exclusively for OB (typically in\-house or nearby), and a neonatal nurse practitioner available 24/7 for high\-risk deliveries. Lactation support is available seven days a week through two full\-time and two casual consultants, and an educator with flexible hours supports both day and night shifts. Nurses are trained in both labor and postpartum care, and staffing ratios follow AWHONN guidelines: 1:1 for labor and recovery, 1:2 for cervical ripening and high\-risk/magnesium postpartum, and 1:3 for postpartum couplets.
