Controller **Location:** Noblesville, IN **Work arrangement:** 100% in office (no remote or hybrid) **Job type:** Full\-time **Pay:** $120,000 – $130,000 per year **Reports to:** Chief Financial Officer About the role The Luxury Pergola is growing fast, and our finance function needs to keep pace. We’re looking for a Controller who can walk in on day one and start making an impact immediately. This isn’t a role with a long ramp\-up period or a large team to lean on. It’s a chance to build on the accounting foundation of a company that’s scaling quickly across our dealer network and direct\-to\-consumer channels. You’ll work side\-by\-side with our CFO in our Noblesville office, running day\-to\-day accounting, keeping our numbers clean and timely, and help continue building the structure for financial operations that are evolving as quickly as the business.
