You lead the coaching team, own sales performance, manage studio operations, drive membership growth, and create a culture that members and staff want to be part of. You report directly to the Regional Business Manager. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Coaching Excellence and Class Delivery** * Maintain a personal coaching **minimum of 15 classes per week**.
