**Customer Service Specialist** Come work for Acme Paper \& Supply! We are a long\-time successful, family\-owned distributor of paper products, food service packaging, restaurant equipment and industrial packaging products serving the mid\-Atlantic region. Our customers include stadiums, hospitals, popular local attractions, restaurants, schools and other businesses. This position is located in our corporate office in Jessup, MD. It is an in office position with a schedule of Monday \- Friday, 8:30am \- 5pm with possibility of a hybrid schedule after 1 year. **If you have experience providing customers with phone support including troubleshooting problems and solutions for order problems and good computer skills, this could be a great job for you!** **\*\*\*\*\*\*We are not considering applicants who only have retail or call center experience.** Your customer service skills must be more advanced including active listening, relationship building and troubleshooting. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible to provide excellent service to assigned clients and ensure their needs are consistently met.
