**Job Description: Regional Operations Manager** We are seeking a Multifamily **Regional Operations Manager** to assist with our multifamily portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate should have a background as a Multifamily Property Manager. This position will work closely with the My Niche Apartments (MNA) Operations CORE Team and the Director of Operations to assist with providing operational support to all Property Managers and Leasing associates with policies, procedures, and special projects. The Regional Operations Manager will oversee a portfolio of stabilized assets in various markets. **Responsibilities include:** · As a Regional, there is a high expectation for leadership, mentoring, and departmental organization. · The Regional will act as a direct report for any/all associates in their assigned portfolio.
