Levata is an exciting new concept! We are the first purpose built postpartum and post\-surgical retreat. We looking for a relationship\-driven sales leader to own demand for our new property. You'll build and grow our referral network of plastic surgery, OB, midwifery, doula and pediatric practices, lead our marketing, and own the admissions number. This isn't a typical hospitality sales role. With about 33 admissions a week coming from a few dozen referring practices, success depends on close, trusted relationships with a small number of practices rather than broad reach. **What you'll do** * Build and maintain referral relationships across Utah and Salt Lake counties * Own the admissions forecast and weekly pipeline review * Lead marketing with the marketing team: website, campaigns, PR, social and community events * Run tours and manage the process from enquiry to booking * Manage the rate card, packages and length\-of\-stay pricing with ownership * Partner with our Clinical Manager to approve all public messaging **What you bring** * 5\+ years in sales with proven referral\-network or business\-development results * A track record of carrying and hitting a revenue target * Stro...
