**Position Summary** The Maintenance and Reliability Engineering Supervisor is the first\-line leader for maintenance coworkers at the Cresco manufacturing facility and a hands\-on technical resource for production resources. Reporting to the North America Maintenance \& Facilities Manager, this position directs daily maintenance execution, develops the maintenance team, leads complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and equipment reliability improvements. Additional responsibilities include automation and equipment installation. This is a site\-focused, player\-coach role.
