**Job Title: Project Manager \- Senior \- RHTP Junior Staff Accountant** **Duration: 05 Years** **Hours per week: 35 Hours per week** **Work Location: Cranston, RI, 02920 (Hybrid \- 3 days onsite, 2 remote)** **Description:** **POSITION SUMMARY** Staff Accountant to support the finance operations of the Rural Health Transformation Program, a multi\-year federal initiative funded through the Centers for Medicare \& Medicaid Services (CMS). This role supports accounts payable, reconciliations, and journal entry preparation, working closely with the Senior Accountant and Finance Director. It is a good opportunity for someone looking to build experience in government and grant accounting and finance. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Process vendor and subrecipient invoices; verify documentation, chart of account, project and cost center coding.
