We’re seeking a Safety Manager to join a leading mechanical contractor supporting major commercial and industrial projects in the Fargo, ND area. If you’re passionate about creating a culture of safety, empowering teams, and ensuring every project is completed with excellence, this is the opportunity for you. What You'll be Doing: * Oversee and enforce all safety programs, site\-specific health plans, and compliance protocols for large\-scale mechanical projects. * Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and incident investigations to maintain a zero\-incident environment. * Lead new\-hire orientations, training sessions, and toolbox talks to strengthen safety awareness. * Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to project teams, ensuring alignment with company safety standards and regulatory compliance. * Collaborate with leadership to develop, update, and execute proactive safety policies and best practices. * Manage safety documentation, reporting, and insurance claim follow\-ups as needed.
