Established Affordable Housing Property Management Company is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee operations of 4 HUD affordable housing properties in the Western Addition area of San Francisco. The Area Supervisor is required to travel to conduct monthly property visits, complete reports, on\-going employee training and mentoring, respond to all resident and property concerns and communicates directly with Corporate Office staff, attends monthly board meetings and more. The ideal candidate is honest, dependable and solution oriented. They must have a positive attitude, excellent time management and communication skills. Candidate must have HUD affordable housing and Supervisory experience. **QUALIFICATIONS:** * Minimum 2 years' Supervisory experience in Affordable Housing * Must have 3 years' experience in affordable housing management * Must have a LIHTC and/or HUD Certification * Yardi Software experience * High level of computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Experience in Annual \& Interim Recertification Compliance for multiple subsidies (HUD, LIHTC) * Team building, mentoring and training skills * A self\-starter who can work independently, manage priori...
