Key Responsibilities: The Field Safety Representative drives safety compliance in accordance with company policy, OSHA regulation and client safety requirements. The Field Safety Representative also facilitates and documents training, conducts site inspections, identifies hazards, and implements corrective measures. The Field Safety Representative fosters a culture of safety, collaborates with owners, managers, and subcontractors, and provides leadership in developing and promoting best safety practices across the company. Additional Responsibilities: a) Field Tasks * Lead OSHA and client/project safety compliance with field leadership teams. * Implement job hazard assessments and prepare reports with corrective recommendations. * Recommend and implement accident prevention and safety improvement methods. * Investigate safety and health hazards, documenting findings and corrective actions. * Respond to and investigate accidents and near misses, including root cause analysis. * Manage exposures and safety controls at projects, assisting project teams with owner, customer, GC, and subcontractor safety concerns. * Collaborate with client safety rep, Pillar field team and other stake h...
