This position serves as an advanced\-level debt management professional and technical resource responsible for conducting complex financial and technical analyses of debt\-related applications submitted to the State Bond Commission. The successful candidate will independently evaluate proposed debt issuances, election propositions, and related financial transactions; assess compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations; and prepare recommendations for consideration by the State Bond Commission.
