The position will report to the Director of Project Program Management and will partner with all organizations within BPCA. BPCA includes Procurement (other than Construction Projects), Cost Estimating, Prime Contract Administration and Projects Program Management. The Project Specialist will provide strategic coordination and administrative oversight to each organization within BPCA. Activities will include day\-to\-day coordination and facilitation to the Vice President, Directors and Managers within BPCA.
