Description

The General Manager holds full profit and loss responsibility for a manufacturing and installation business unit of approximately 250 employees located in Fayette, AL. This role is accountable for setting the strategic direction of the business, supporting the commercial organization, managing capital planning, driving growth initiatives, and overseeing cash management. The GM will lead manufacturing operations through a team of functional managers and front\-line supervisors, ensuring continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and both customer and employee satisfaction. This position includes direct and indirect leadership responsibilities across the facility. The General Manager provides oversights for all core business functions, including finance, marketing, sales, manufacturing, engineering, materials management, quality assurance/control, human resources, and information systems.
