**JOB DESCRIPTION: PLANT CONTROLLER** We are seeking an experienced, hands\-on Operational Accounting Manager/Controller to lead the accounting and purchasing operations of our growing manufacturing company. This position will serve as a key member of the admin team. This person will provide leadership and oversight across accounting, purchasing, inventory control, costing, and related administrative functions.
