Help shape the financial future of a community health organization serving Western Massachusetts and the Berkshires. At Tapestry Health, financial leadership is closely connected to the work: making care and resources accessible, supporting program teams, and planning responsibly through a complex funding landscape. We are seeking a CFO who brings sound financial judgment, experience with nonprofit and grant funding, and a collaborative approach. You will lead our finance team, partner with program leaders, and give the CEO and board clear information to guide decisions. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer leads Tapestry Health’s financial strategy and day\-to\-day finance operations. The CFO oversees accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, grant finances, and cash management, and gives the CEO, senior leadership, and board clear information to support decisions.
