**Job Location:** Metro Detroit, MI **Position:** Project Engineer The Project Engineer supports the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects by assisting project leadership with cost control, scheduling, quality management, and documentation. This role serves as a key technical and administrative resource to the project team, working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and design partners to help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. **Key Job Responsibilities** * Assist Project Manager and Superintendent with day‑to‑day project execution, including cost control, schedule management, and document coordination * Manage and track submittals, RFIs, change requests, and associated logs to ensure timely resolution * Support project buyout, subcontract administration, and procurement activities * Assist with preparation and maintenance of project schedules, including short‑interval planning and look‑ahead schedules * Monitor project costs, support forecasting, and assist with quantity tracking and cost reporting * Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and design professionals to support construction activit...
