Description

The Assistant General Manager seeks to foster a welcoming, guest centered experience for guests of our restaurants through strong service training, holding to the standards of the EnjoyAM Restaurant Group, and managing the systems of the FOH team, with a special focus on the servers during any particular shift. The Assistant General Manager is also responsible for restaurant set up and break down as well as MOD shifts to cover the general manager during absence. The assistant general manager assists the general manager with operations when necessary to further their professional skill set and ready them for restaurant management.
