Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Operations Manager overseeing Linen and Custodial services for Cooper Medical Center, located in Camden, New Jersey. This position will report to a General Manager on \-site. Cooper is a Level 1 Trauma Center. This role will support second shift (2:30pm start time) and will oversee a team of 30\. Our Sodexo Healthcare housekeeping and linen teams work to direct custodial operations at healthcare client locations, partnering with them to deliver solutions. **About the job** In this hands\-on leadership role, you will oversee frontline teams to deliver exceptional environmental services that prioritize safety, compliance, and efficiency. You’ll manage daily operations, guide team development, and help maintain high standards that create clean, healthy, and welcoming environments. Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions.
