Postdoctoral Research Fellow – PTSD, Sleep \& Women’s Health Organization: Stress, Trauma, and Resilience (STAR) Lab, San Francisco VA / UCSF Location: San Francisco, CA Appointment: Anticipated two\-year postdoctoral fellowship The Stress, Trauma, and Resilience (STAR) Lab, led by Sabra Inslicht, PhD, is recruiting postdoctoral researchers interested in PTSD, insomnia, women’s health, psychophysiology, and biological mechanisms of stress and resilience. Fellows will have opportunities to shape an independent research program while contributing to ongoing clinical trials and mechanistic studies. Research and Training Opportunities * Analyze clinical trial and longitudinal datasets, including sleep EEG, psychophysiology, and biomarkers. * Investigate sleep physiology, orexin signaling, inflammation, reproductive aging, and menopause. * Conduct research on PTSD treatments, fear conditioning, extinction, and digital health. * Develop first\-author manuscripts, conference presentations, and grant applications. * Pursue clinical training in evidence\-based PTSD and insomnia treatments, including Prolonged Exposure for Primary Care (PE\-PC), when eligible.
