**RESTAURANT OPERATIONS MANAGER** **Position Summary** The regional Oregon based Restaurant Operations Manager is a hands\-on operational leader responsible for strengthening, stabilizing, and optimizing multiple independently operated restaurant and tavern locations throughout Oregon, including Central Oregon, Eugene, and Portland. This role serves as a strategic and operational partner to existing managers and ownership teams, providing on\-site leadership, training, structure, and process improvement to maximize each location's performance. The primary objective of this position is to enter a location, assess operational opportunities, implement sustainable systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), develop leadership and team capabilities, improve financial and operational performance, and create long\-term stability. Once a location is operating successfully and independently, the Regional General Manager transitions to the next property in need of support. This is not a replacement for existing management.
