The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property’s vision, mission, and core values. **Compensation:** $16\.90 \- $17 hourly **Responsibilities:*** Prepare and distribute end\-of\-day reports, ensuring accurate accounting records. * Perform basic maintenance, housekeeping, or laundry tasks to address immediate guest needs. * Process payments, generate invoices, and balance transactions at the end of each shift. * Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. * Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly by working with the appropriate departments. **Qualifications:*** Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint * Proven customer service experience with a strong guest\-focused mentality * Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all experience levels. * Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. * Reasonable accommodations may be made to ...
