**Job Family****:** Financial Management (FIN) **Travel Required****:** Up to 10% **Clearance Required****:** Active Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI)**What You Will Do:** As the Senior Staff for Program Accounting and Finance, you will: * Manage a team of accountants in support of AFO through leadership, mentoring, and quality assurance. * Conduct training for a broad range of personnel with varying levels of accounting knowledge and experience. * Reconcile General Ledger Summary to Detail Journals within the accounting system and with interfacing accounting systems from partner organizations. * Understand and translate accounting requirements into accounting system functionality, assisting users through Tier II field support and potentially resulting in new system requirements. * Communicate with multiple organizations and users, translating requirements for accounting information into writing and delivering Ad Hoc reports using Business Analytics. * Track and correct outstanding or problem transactions through detailed research of multiple accounting systems and deep government accounting experience. * Reconcile reimbursable program within the Air Force and with partner organizations. * A...
