**Position Summary** NAPCO International is seeking a Quality \& Government Compliance Specialist to support the quality and contractual compliance requirements associated with our government, defense, and OEM customers. This role will be responsible for reviewing customer and government contract requirements, interpreting applicable quality and regulatory requirements, managing compliance documentation, supporting First Article Inspection (FAI) activities, and ensuring applicable requirements are properly communicated and implemented throughout the organization and supply chain. The ideal candidate will bring experience in aerospace or defense quality, government contracting, contract compliance, or quality systems, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
