Main Duties \& Responsibilities: **Primary Job Role** Directly supervises Product Support Sales Reps \& Service Branch Managers within their assigned territory. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Duties include appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems in a timely manner. Strengthening relationships both internally and externally while expanding the customer base across specific accounts, products, and industries. This may include delivering formal presentations to business owners and key decision\-makers. Conducts regular progress reviews to ensure alignment with company goals for Parts and Service Sales. Develops Service and Parts sales budgets for Territory service/sales force. Ensuring that company goals and objectives are met. Responsible for the profitable and sustainable operation of the service department while maintaining the objectives of the company vision and mission.
