**JOB SUMMARY** The Hospital Maintenance Electrician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and inspection of electrical systems and equipment that support the safe and continuous operation of healthcare facilities. This position ensures the reliability of critical infrastructure, including emergency power systems, lighting, distribution equipment, fire alarm systems, and other life safety systems, while maintaining compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), Washington State electrical regulations, OSHA standards, and hospital policies. **PRINCIPLE FUNCTIONS** includes the following, other duties may be assigned: * Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), NFPA 99 Health Care Facilities Code, and other relevant state and local regulations. * Perform preventative maintenance on critical electrical systems, including switchgear, panelboards, transformers, and motor control centers to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. * Conduct routine inspections, testing, and servicing of the hospital's emergency power supply systems (EPSS), including die...
