**CLASSIFICATION:** AMVETS NSF Marketing Manager **DEPARTMENT:** AMVETS NSF Administrative Department **EMPLOYEE STATUS:** FLSA Exempt (Full\-Time) **ANNUAL SALARY:** $70,000 – $95,000 (commensurate with experience) **WORK LOCATION**: AMVETS National Headquarters, Washington, PA (on\-site) **About AMVETS** AMVETS (American Veterans) is a Congressionally chartered veterans service organization founded in 1944\. With more than 250,000 members, it advocates for and serves veterans, active\-duty service members, their families, and survivors. National Headquarters recently relocated to Washington, PA (265 North Avenue) to better serve veterans in a high\-veteran\-per\-capita community while maintaining a National Capital presence for advocacy work. A major funding stream is the network of AMVETS thrift stores (operated primarily through the AMVETS National Service Foundation). These stores sell donated clothing, household goods, and other items to the public at affordable prices. Net proceeds support veteran programs, scholarships, claims assistance, and other services.
